Cruise-In Events
​
The Petty Museum and Petty's Garage Host Cruise in events throughput the year. These events are free and open to the public. This is an excellent opportunity for racing fans to vist the museum as well as car enthusiasts to get a glimpse of Petty's Garage. Particularly special is our Christmas Cruise-in event in December. Special visits from Santa, Richard Petty and sometimes other surprise guests make this an event to remember.
Petty Fest
The yearly event at the Petty Museum draws visitors from all over to meet the King and other members of the Petty family. This event includes a cruise in and tours of the museum and garage. Different types of vendors and food trucks are also onsite.
Petty Family Foundation Events
Throughout the year, the Petty Family Foundation hosts fundraising events tor support non-profit organizations in our community, veteran events, youth organizations and individuals experiencing hardship. These events are ticketed events and proceeds go back into the community.
